Carrier Charges: Charges for text messages and data usage are determined by your mobile carrier's plan and can include fees for sending and receiving SMS messages, as well as for data usage. Sovnet IT Services is not responsible for any mobile carrier charges incurred by you as a result of using the SMS service.

Responsibility: You are responsible for any mobile carrier charges incurred by you from participating in the Sovnet IT Services SMS program. It is recommended that you consult with your mobile carrier to understand the terms and conditions of your SMS and data plan before subscribing to our SMS services.

International Rates: If you opt-in to the Sovnet IT Services SMS program while roaming or from outside your home country, international messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on international messaging rates and policies.

Opt-Out Information: opt-out, you can switch off the SMS services option inside your Sovnet IT web-based or mobile account system. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out request. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt-in again.
