We are pleased to inform you that Sovran gold accounts are open and available for sign-in with some additional features.

What to Expect When You Sign In:

• Password Update: When you log in next you will be prompted to reset your password, which will send you a password reset email. Please ensure your new password is different from your old password. If you did not try to login, and you receive an email do not engage with it - simply delete the email to avoid potential security issues.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): After updating your password, a one-time code will be sent to your registered email, which you will need when you login with your new password. This code is required to authenticate your login.

Coming Soon:

• SMS-Based 2FA: You will have the option to activate one-time passwords (OTP) on your mobile device through SMS. This feature will send a code to your phone for future logins, enhancing your account’s security.
• Authenticator App (OTP): For those who prefer using an authenticator app, we are in the process of implementing this option. It will be available shortly.
• Email Verification: We are also in the process of launching a personalized mail service within your Sovran account. All official news and updates will be sent to you directly through this internal mailbox.
• Username Service: We will also implement a username service for our members, allowing you to log in using your assigned username instead of your email address. You will be able to personalize your username within your Sovran account settings to make your login experience more convenient. Your ability to change your email and username will be available soon.

Remember, system emails from Sovran will always display your personalized Anti-phishing code at the top left of any message. If this code does not match the one in your Sovran account settings, the email is fraudulent. You can update and personalize your Anti-phishing code at any time in your account under the security settings.
