By accessing and using this service you (the customer "You", "your" and "Customer") will automatically be taken to have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms, please cease all access to the sovau.me website and its accompanying services.
By visiting or using this service you represent and warrant to Sovran and agree that:
SovAu ("Stablecoin") is a digital asset created by Sovran. SovAu is managed on the Sovran Blockchain Protocol and is backed and pegged 1:1 with gold. Each SovAu stablecoin is equal to 1 gram of the spot market value price of gold. The physical gold is manufactured in concentrate form and stored at Safe Keeping Insured Facilities.
The sovau.me Service enables you to obtain information on SovAu stablecoin, purchase SovAu from us using decentralized cryptocurrencies or with a credit/debit card, and sell SovAu to the Service for decentralized cryptocurrencies. Customer can purchase / sell SovAu from / to at the rate stated at sovau.me. The rates are subject to current market fluctuations.
The total number of stablecoins in circulation always equals the total amount of gold in reserve.
By purchasing SovAu, you are purchasing a specific amount of physical gold which will remain deposited in secure vaults. Hence, you are the owner of that gold. The precious metals in storage for the users are at all times solely owned by the users and not by any of its affiliates.
By buying or selling SovAu to us or others, you are transferring or receiving ownership of a specific amount of physical gold as the owner of the SovAu bought or sold.
You authorize Sovran to assess fees based on usage of the following services:

Transparent Operations: Sovran maintains annual audits for transparency in how SOVAU transactions are handled and how gold reserves are managed.
Payment Gateway Integration
QR code and Payment Widgets: Sovran provides code uploads for integrating QR codes and payment widgets on third-party merchant websites.
E-commerce Platform Plugins: Widget plugins are either for WordPress or custom-built websites. QR code data is custom for all merchant websites.
Handling Transactions
Real-Time Conversion Rates: Display real-time conversion rates between the spot gold market and fiat currencies.
Transaction Confirmation: SOVAU transactions are settled almost immediately.
Refund Policies: Sovran Merchants does not offer chargebacks. All dispute resolutions are handled exclusively between you, the merchant, and your customers.

Offering incentives such as cashback rewards and discounts can significantly boost customer engagement and loyalty.
Cashback Rewards
Program Structure: Design a cashback program where customers earn a percentage of their purchase back in SOVAU currency. Merchants must choose a minimum of 1-5% for cashback rewards. Cashback rewards only available when using he Sovran QR code for payments. Not available for payments using TSG debit card transactions.
Discounts and Promotions
Exclusive Discounts: Merchants have the option to set an optional percentage discount for customers paying with SOVAU currency.
Seasonal Promotions: Run promotions during peak shopping seasons.
Bundle Offers: Combine products into bundles and offer them at a discounted rate when purchased with SOVAU.
Sovran Rewards Affiliate Program
One-Time Commission: Sponsors earn a one-time commission of 50% of the $99.00 sign-up fee for each new member they refer.
Recurring Commission: Sponsors receive a recurring monthly commission of 1% of the $7.95 membership fee from each referred member.
Bonus Commissions:
10 Referrals: $100 bonus for 10 new active paid referrals.
50 Referrals: $1000 bonus for 50 new active paid referrals.
100 Referrals: $2500 bonus for 100 new active paid referrals.
All commissions and bonuses are calculated in USD but paid in Sovran stablecoins.
TSG Debit Card
Overview: The TSG debit card facilitates transactions using SOVAU stablecoins as the medium of settlement. This card can be used for purchases at any participating merchant within the SOVAU Blockchain Merchant System.
Eligibility: To be eligible for the TSG debit card, you must be a registered member of the SUPA Blockchain Merchant System and have a verified account.
Activation and Usage:
Activation: Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to activate your TSG debit card. Activation requires verifying your identity and linking your Sovran account.
Usage: The card can be used to make purchases at any merchant that accepts SOVAU stablecoins. Transactions are settled in SOVAU stablecoins, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Sovran account.
Limits: Usage limits, including daily transaction limits and withdrawal limits, may apply. These limits are subject to change based on your account status and verification level.
Fees and Charges:
Issuance Fee: A one-time issuance fee may apply to the TSG debit card.
Transaction Fees: While the TSG debit card is designed to minimize fees, certain transactions may incur minimal fees, such as foreign exchange fees or ATM withdrawal fees.
Maintenance Fee: A monthly maintenance fee may apply, deducted directly from your Sovran account.
Security:
PIN and Authentication: Your TSG debit card will require a PIN for transactions. Additional authentication measures may be implemented to enhance security.
Loss or Theft: If your card is lost or stolen, you must report it immediately through the Sovran support portal. The card will be deactivated to prevent unauthorized use, and a replacement card will be issued.
Fraud Protection: The TSG debit card includes fraud protection measures. However, you are responsible for monitoring your account for unauthorized transactions and reporting them promptly.
Cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and digital assets are extremely volatile and carry a high degree of risk. Price movements for cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and digital assets are influenced by, among other things, changing supply-demand relationships, sentiment, and news releases, which often cause large price fluctuations.
By using the SovAu services, you represent and warrant that:
1. You have knowledge and experience in cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and digital assets.
2. You fully understand the risks associated with cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and digital assets.
Further, you accept that you bear sole liability for all losses resulting from your use of SovAu Coin, including third-party cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and tokens.
Sovran does not provide any investment advice or render any opinion to the Customer as to whether the purchase of stablecoin is prudent, timely, or suitable. Nothing on the sovau.me website shall be construed as financial advice to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether your SovAu stablecoin purchase, sale, or transaction is appropriate based on your personal objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance. You must make your own investigations regarding the accuracy, reliability, and completion of the information provided.
SovAu will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the service is available at all times, except for reasonable maintenance periods.

While Sovran Network and SovAu do their best to assist users in not making mistakes in the use of their SovAu e-wallet, we recommend users Exercise Extreme Caution and double-check all information they are entering when purchasing/selling or transferring SovAu stablecoin at the sovau.me website Service, or when transferring stablecoin(s) to another account. By definition, cryptocurrency or digital asset transactions are final. Once the transaction has been carried out, it cannot be reversed. You agree not to hold us liable for your monetary loss resulting from such an error.

Sovnet may terminate your access to this Service at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms. This does not include SovAu stablecoins or SovAu digital wallets, as they cannot be blocked, terminated, or otherwise restricted.
Sovran makes no warranty that the functionality of sovau.me website Service will be uninterrupted. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the information provided on sovau.me website Service is correct, complete, or up-to-date.
Sovran will not be held liable for confirmation of any transaction on any third-party blockchain network as we hold no control over any third-party blockchain network. We are responsible only for data held on the Sovran blockchain.
Sovran will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, direct, or indirect damages (including but not limited to lost profits, losses, or damages that result from use or loss of use of the Sovran services and third-party content, inconvenience, or delay). This is true even if Sovran has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses. Sovran will not be liable to you or anyone else (whether under contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise) for any loss resulting from a cause over which Sovran does not have direct control. This includes but is not limited to, failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communications lines (including telephone, cable and internet), script error, severe or extraordinary weather (including flood, earthquake, or other act of God), fire, war, insurrection, terrorist act, riot, labor dispute and other labor problems, accident, emergency or action of government. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including (attorney’s) fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of (1) use of this Service; (2) breach of these Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the sovau.me website Service.
